Counseling Rate Insurance Do I have mental health insurance benefits? Reduced Fee Payment Cancellation Policy
$95 per 50-minute session
At this time, we are considered an out-of-network provider and do not file insurance for clients. Therefore, full payment is due at the time of service. However, we will give you the necessary paperwork you need in order to file with your insurance company. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
How much can I be reimbursed for seeing an out-of-network provider?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Reduced fee cannot be offered when using insurance.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express). Payment is due at the time of service. All clients will be asked to keep a credit card on file for appointments in the event that you forget to bring your payment with you.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
