RATES & INSURANCE
At this time, we are in-network for Blue Cross - Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare and Aetna. However, our billing department is equipped to submit claims to all insurance companies who are out of network. If you are using out of network benefits, full payment is due at the time of service. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
How much can I be reimbursed for seeing an out-of-network provider?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express). We also accept Flex Spending Account & Health Savings Account cards. Payment is due at the time of service. All clients will be asked to keep a credit card on file for appointments in the event that you forget to bring your payment with you.
Failure to show up for scheduled therapy appointments without cancellation at least 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for the full cost of the session as these cannot be submitted for insurance reimbursement.
